At Flat Pack Happy we are 100% transparent about the costs for our services. Please find our prices below!
We always aim to give you a fair quote with a fixed price promise. No additional and hidden costs! This way you always know what to expect to pay for our flat pack assembly services.
When you have any questions or concerns about your project and are not sure what information we need from you to be able to give you a fair quote just let us know! You can always contact or call us and we will do our best to remove any worries that you may have.

The first hour
£35

We always charge a minimum of £35 for the first hour, even if the job takes less time. There is no additional call out fee.

Every additional 15 minutes
£7

We charge £7 for every additional 15 minutes to the first hour.

Moving of materials between floors and/or rooms per 15 minutes
£10

When you want us to move your purchased items to the correct floor we charge £10 for every 15 minutes on top of our hourly rate. This also applies when your purchased items which we are to assemble are not in a direct adjacent room!

Extra milage (p/m)
£1.10

When you are located more than 20 miles from our location at G32 we charge a mileage fee for every mile over 20.

Disassemble and reassemble service per hour
£35

We can disassemble your furniture and reassemble it again in another room in your house or garage. We do not transport any materials to another location!

Handyman jobs per hour
£35

We can do many different handyman jobs, hourly rate! Feel free to contact us for more information.

Our prices do not (unless otherwise stated) include the following:

  • additional materials and/or collection of additional materials needed to be able to complete the job
  • metered parking costs. The customer will have to pay those if and when required.
  • floor leveling. A level floor is required to properly place a flat pack furniture. Where this is not available alternatives will be discussed with the customer.
  • loss of time in those cases where the customer has not created enough space for us to work in. Please note many flat pack assemblies are built while laying down!
In any of the cases described above (or any other unforseen/not listed circumstance) we will communicate this with the customer before any work will commence.
We are not at all unreasonable to solve any issues, but where it is impossible for us to do the job for the quoted price we will give the customer an amended quote.
Please note that when you have provided incorrect information with your quote and you do not agree with the amended quote we will charge £30 for our lost time and fuel!
We can only guarantee our fixed prices when you have given us all and correct information about the project you need built!

Payment must always be made in full upon completion of the works, we take cash, card payments or bank transfers.
You will receive your receipts upon completion of the payment in your email.
